Jordan Holt

Jordan Holt is the Coordinator of the Indicators of the Strength of Public Management Systems (ISPMS) initiative at the World Bank. ISPMS aims to identify and build consensus around a set of indicators that can be used to measure the “health” of a country’s government.

She has previously worked in the Public Sector and Governance Directorate of the OECD, for the U.S. House of Representatives, and at the U.S. Government Accountability Office. She began her career as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan, where she taught Economics and English at a Secondary School. Ms. Holt has a Master’s Degree from Princeton University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia.
