Julia Dayton Eberwein is a consultant in the Health, Nutrition, and Population Global Practice at the World Bank. In addition to her work in the field of nutrition, she has published on the socioeconomic effects of HIV/AIDS, health program evaluation, and cost-effectiveness analysis. She holds a PhD in health economics from Yale University and an MPA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
