Julia Oliver

Julia Oliver is a communications consultant for the World Bank's International Trade Department. She worked as a newspaper journalist for eight years and is a recent graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), where she studied International Development and Economics. She served as a health volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps in Senegal and has worked on development-related projects in Mexico, Peru, and El Salvador.
