Private Sector Development Specialist
Keith Garrett is a Private Sector Development Specialist with the Africa, Finance and Private Sector Development unit. He previously served as a United States Marine and a policy advisor to the US Ambassador to the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development). He has over 13 years of experience with spatial analysis, remote sensing and geographic information systems (GIS) and their use to support decision making. Keith has a graduate degree in Public Affairs and an undergraduate in Geography. He is interested in: the spatial aspects of the economy, public health and safety, how ICT innovation can improve the evidence base for policy, and how ICT can improve multi-stakeholder engagement between business, government and civil society.
