Layali Abdeen is a Senior Investment Guarantee Officer at MIGA and is based in Jerusalem.
Layali has extensive experience working in various sectors in the Middle East including energy, agriculture and manufacturing, and contributes to MIGA's business development efforts in the region.
Prior to joining MIGA in 2010, Abdeen was an Investor Relations Manager at Palestine Development and Investment Ltd (PADCIO Holding). She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Birzeit University and a master’s degree in economics from the same university.
