At the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance Luisa works in the G20 Infrastructure Working Group (IWG) under the Italian Presidency. Before this engagement, she was based in Washington, D.C., for over 10 years where she worked as an M&E Specialist for different infrastructure-focused trust funds at the World Bank, and was a member of the research team of the Water Division at the Inter-American Development Bank.
Luisa has conducted several empirical studies on innovative policies to secure equitable and sustainable access to housing and infrastructure services in underserved rural and urban settings. She holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Università di Pavia in Italy.
