Marc joined the Bank in 2003 and, as part of the Latin America and Caribbean DRM team, he helped implement investment projects in the Caribbean, while he also supported the development of the Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility and the CAT DDO instrument.  Following three years of working in the banking sector in New York, he rejoined the Bank to help build the South Asia DRM program, which has grown substantially over the past few years.  In recent times, he has been increasingly active in catalyzing global programs and cross-GP partnerships with Social Protection, Transport, Finance and Markets, and Governance.
