Min Jung Kwon is a consultant in the Global Social Urban Rural and Resilience Global Practice, working on low carbon planning in cities. Prior to joining the World Bank, she conducted scientific research on the effects of pollution on ocean ecosystems and human health. Min Jung holds a MS Degree in Environmental Science from the American University and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from the University of California Riverside.
