Creating new ways of experiencing content online is a way of life for Nicole. For more than a decade she has led teams on developing web projects including the World Bank, the Webby award winning Youthink! and other non-profit sites. As the Web Program Lead, Nicole spends her time working with groups across the organization on how best to take their ideas and share them with a broad audience through design, content development, and technology. She loves her work and enjoys advocating on behalf of the Bank's audience for a better online experience.
