Nistha Sinha

Senior Economist
Nistha Sinha is a Senior Economist in the Poverty Global Practice of the World Bank working on the topics of poverty, distributional analysis and gender equality primarily in the countries of Europe and Central Asia region. She earned a Masters in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, and a Ph.D. in Economics from University of Washington, Seattle. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Sinha was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Yale University’s Economic Growth Center.
