Ravi is an Economist (ETC) at the World Bank's Bureaucracy Lab, working on research and operational projects on the personnel economics of public-sector organisations and the impacts of public-sector hiring policies on the labor market. Prior to joining the World Bank, Ravi completed his PhD in Economics at University College London and was an Economic Advisor in the Ministry of Education, Ethiopia, as part of the Overseas Development Institute Fellowship.
