A Honduran national, Rocío Calidonio is a Social Development Specialist with the World Bank's Violence Prevention Team of the Social, Urban, Rural, and Resilience (SURR) Global Practice. She has worked as an analyst in the public and education sectors, and she is currently working on the design and implementation of violence prevention initiatives in Central America. Calidonio holds a Doctor of Engineering degree in Management Science from Chiba Institute of Technology, Japan.
