Rubaba Anwar joined The World Bank in 2008. Since then, she has been working on the general Governance program of the country office, but over the last 1.5 years, focused mostly on providing administrative and analytical support to the Strengthening Public Expenditure Management Program (SPEMP) of a multi donor trust fund administered by the Bank. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka and is currently enrolled in the evening MBA program at the same institute.
