Said Dahdah is a transport specialist in the Transport Unit in the Transport, Water and Information and Communication Technology Department of the World Bank working with the Global Road Safety Facility (GRSF) on its infrastructure safety projects. Said provides cross support to many Bank regions, mainly Eeast Asia and Pacific and South Asia where he introduced new approaches to road safety and traffic management components and integrated these in the economic analysis of transport projects. His areas of focus are infrastructure safety, traffic management, urban transport and economic analysis of transport projects. Said contributes to the learning and knowledge sharing events of the Transport Unit and GRSF. He is a member of the International Road Assessment Program. Said holds a PhD degree in Transportation Engineering from the George Washington University.
