Sara joined the World Bank Group in December 2014. Sara manages the Public Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF)'s Global PPP Knowledge Portfolio. Prior to joining the PPIAF, Sara worked as a Program Manager at AECOM International Development, where she managed USAID-funded programs based in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. She also worked as a graduate fellow at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Development Finance and at the World Bank Group’s Integrity Vice Presidency. She holds a Master of Arts in International Economics & Energy, Resources, and Environment from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from George Washington University.
