Tenzin Norbhu is a lead specialist and coordinates the World Banks ICT program in South Asia and East Asia Pacific. She fouses on ICT policy reforms, the broadband, digital government and digital economy issues and has worked extensively in Africa and Asia with the World Bank and IFC. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked in the Government and private sector. She is an engineer by training and has an MBA.
