Tom Kaye is an Education Specialist in the World Bank's Education Global Practice, Middle East and North Africa unit. Kaye has more than 10 years experience designing, delivering and evaluating education programs in 7 countries spanning the low- to high-income spectrum. Prior to joining the World Bank he worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors where he has focused on education programming, strategic planning and governance. Kaye received his B.A in International Education from the University of Melbourne, an M.A in Public Administration from the Australian and New Zealand School of Government and an M.A in Evaluation from the University of Melbourne. Kaye has also undertaken ongoing professional development at the Harvard School of Education and the International Institute of Public Affairs Australia.
