Virginia Horscroft is a Senior Economist at the World Bank, based in Sydney covering the Pacific Islands. She works on a range of macroeconomic policy, public sector expenditure and public sector reform issues. Prior to joining the World Bank, she lived and worked in the Pacific Islands. She holds a doctorate in development studies from the University of Oxford.
