Audrey Ariss leads research and design for the Center for Open Data Enterprise, where she develops demand-driven open data strategies for governments, businesses and nonprofits.
 
Previously, Audrey researched the business applications of Open Data at The GovLab. She has been a Google Policy Fellow, consultant and editorial assistant, focusing on the use of information and technology policy for economic and social development.
 
Audrey holds Masters in International Affairs and Quantitative Methods from Columbia University, with a concentration on technology policy, ICT4D and applied statistics, and a Bachelors in Modern History and French from the University of Oxford.
