William Seitz is an Extended Term Consultant at the World Bank in Washington. He currently works for the Poverty and Equity Global Practice in the Europe and Central Asia region. His areas of expertise include poverty measurement, high-frequency data collection methods, poverty mapping, and imputation techniques. William was formerly a Research Officer at the Centre for the Study of African Economies at the University of Oxford, and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Milan.
