A very wonderful post. The emphasis on effective measurement is very laudable especially with the inclusion of natural capital accounting. As policy makers, researchers and practitioners I am confident this area is the biggest handicap. We don't really "know" what constitutes green growth. This blurriness also affects how sustainability (supposed to be the result of effective green (sustainable) practices) is evaluated. Conceptually, this is because green growth is really too broad to the defined and components are open-ended. It will be very useful if a well researched standardization is reached.
