The other area highlighted by the Finance Minister in your visit to SA was how to create SUSTAINABLE jobs for the YOUTH in the country. Given your experience in the Academic world (Dartmouth College for instance)what sort of career paths do you recommend the country/region's youths should take in order to archive the follwoing 3 things simultaneously 1)Job creation, 2)job retention and 3) real economic growth and contrubution. Secondly given the recently published Education ratings where South Africa has been rated the 4th worst in areas of Maths and English in basic education, to what extent do you think this plays a part in the lack of job retention in the country and Region as a whole?
