The reason of bribery is to be entitled to more rapid service in 40% according to your records. However you should think over the quality of the services required. Many times the speed leads to a better qualified officials what means you may save time and a lot of money for your business by paying bribery. Think over the costs of a jurisdiction procedure. The lack of expertise, misleading information from govermental officials may be the reason why some businessmen decide to pay for a better service. You must know that I am not the supporter of the bribery. I just try to be realistic.
