Vinod Thomas

Vinod Thomas was Director-General and Senior Vice President, Independent Evaluation Group at the World Bank Group until his retirement in August 2011. He reported to the Board of Executive Directors and directed the evaluation of the activities of the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, and the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency. Mr. Thomas is currently Director-General of Independent Evaluation at the Asian Development Bank.
