I want solar, and I want it now!

Do you believe in the power of the sun? Are you a supporter of solar energy, the “fastest growing energy source in the world?"

If yes, then you might be interested in signing the Solar Petition of the SolarCOP16, brought by the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA) and the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).

The idea is to have the petition signed by as many supporters as possible in order to send it to key political leaders across the planet involved in making decisions affecting the world’s well-being and its people.

By signing the Solar Petition and showing your support, you will have your name included in the list that will be sent along with the petition to political leaders to “help them understand that the world wants solar energy,” and to ask them to “speed up the deployment of this technology to contribute to the fight against climate change.”

Moreover, the list of supporters along with the petition will be accompanied by a Solar Dancing Flower, designed by the Belgian artist Alexandre Dang, as a reminder of the great power of the sunny sun.

You may also be happy to know that you will “indirectly” contribute to Solar Solidarity (an NGO supporting projects using renewable technology, solar in particular, for the developing world) since all the funds collected from the production of the Solar Dancing Flowers will be given to this association.

So what are you waiting for? Be a solar supporter and sign the Solar Petition now!
