I would say Morocco is the far richest country in North Africa, mainly in terms of its specific and unique history (institutions), but most importantly in terms of its people resources that generate great creativity, innovation and future novelty. Our nation doesn’t need necessary oil & gas to be called wealthy nation…. The bitter reality is that unfortunately (in the region) wealthy "states" doesn’t always mean wealthy people
