It would be interesting to determine which type of windmill technology to start with on a PILOT program basis in Africa. This is in terms testing the feasibility of small windmill turbine technology (appropriate technology) to generate Watts for micro and small enterprises in rural Africa. This has to come with investments in maintenance (training youth mechanics-jobs!!!!)
