I am quite interested in how you were able to streamline the indicators to account for all the differences in reporting standards (especially at the subnational level). Also, is the scoring done for each subnational government level or just in aggregate? It might be interesting to pursue scoring for each government level (i.e. National, States/provinces, Municipalities, etc.), but that is probably not an easy task.
