Does the World Bank maintain a list of reverse innovations and flow of technology from South to North? To the best of my knowledge, the WBG does not maintain a comprehensive list of these two aspects.

What is the annual level of World Bank financing for innovation and scaling of social enterprise?

The World Bank Group institutions have a significant and diversified portfolio of activities to support innovation and social entrepreneurship, spanning several sectors and activities. This includes financing (loans, grants, equity, etc.) and advisory services initiatives. It's therefore challenging to get one number. A recent independent evaluation of the WBG investment portfolio in innovation and entrepreneurship identified an investment portfolio of $18.7 billion over the past decade across the World Bank Group.

What are some of the World Bank initiatives/projects supporting crowd funding and use of Social Impact bonds?

One of the initiative that I'm aware of is the crowdfunding pilot run by infodev, to test the viability of crowdfunding within its network of incubators. With the support of Crowdfund Capital Advisors, infoDev’s Kenya Climate Innovation Center (http://www.kenyacic.org/) has implemented the Crowdfund Investing Pilot (http://www.infodev.org/articles/kenya-cic-looks-crowdfunding-boost-clean...), a project designed to mentor and train six carefully selected Kenyan startups on crowdfunding and online fundraising campaigns. In relation to Social Impact bonds there are no current projects (that I'm aware of) where the World Bank Group is actively involved, but the bank is exploring how to further leverage these two important tools into their investment and advisory services.
