Ananya Sharma is a consultant with the Global Findex team at the World Bank. Her work focuses on financial inclusion, digital payments, and the use of financial services across developing economies. She contributed to the World Bank’s flagship Global Findex 2025 report, which tracks how adults around the world save, borrow, make payments, and manage financial risks. She received her Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
