Carrie is a senior global health and development professional with more than 15 years of experience leading complex public health programmes, country portfolios, and strategic partnerships across Africa, Asia, the Pacific, and Eastern Europe/Central Asia. Her background is in malaria, reproductive, maternal and child health, community-based programming, gender, equity, human rights, and social inclusion. She currently oversees the Pakistan portfolio with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance but previously held senior regional roles in East Africa. She's served on the Global Fund's Technical Review Panel and published works on strengthening community health delivery at the last mile.
