Ciro Pitangueira de Avelino is an Advisor at the Secretariat of Digital Government of Brazil’s Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, with over 10 years of experience implementing digital government initiatives in the country. A designer and father, he embraces the mission of contributing to a better world by fostering connection and collaboration. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Management and has been involved in projects and knowledge production related to Digital Public Infrastructure (DPIs), digital transformation, and public service improvement. His work is guided by the belief that “it’s always about people.”
