Eduardo Andrés Estrada is a Senior Public Sector Specialist with the World Bank’s Institutions Global Department based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Originally from Bogota, Colombia, he oversees Institutions projects in Angola and the DRC. He joined the World Bank as a consultant in 2012. He has worked at the World Bank Institute and the Institutions Global Department, Latin America & Caribbean and Eastern and Southern Africa regions. His areas of expertise include public financial management, public investment management, public administration, and climate change. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked as a consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank and the Organization of American States. In Colombia, he served as advisor at the House of Representatives and worked in private sector consulting. He earned a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Davidson College.
