Ezekiel Ferguson Arthur is a Data Engineer with the Data Mining & Analytics Unit of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). As the lead for the Data Structure and Infrastructure workstream, he leverages his expertise in software engineering and data analytics to drive the unit’s strategic objectives and contribute to the Authority’s broader mission.
Ezekiel and his team have successfully developed a range of data-driven analytics platforms that enhance various functions within the GRA. One of their key achievements is the development of the GRA Tax Audit Risk Engine, an automated risk assessment tool that optimizes case selection for auditors by leveraging internal data and key risk indicators, improving efficiency and effectiveness in tax audits.
Ezekiel is a Professional Engineer of the Ghana Institution of Engineering. Passionate about technology especially in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning, he is constantly exploring ways to integrate innovation into his daily work to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
