Haidara Madina Tall is a consultant with the Fragility, Conflict, and Violence (FCV) department at the World Bank in Mali. She works at the intersection of financial inclusion, private sector development, and community resilience in fragile and conflict-affected areas. As part of the World Bank’s Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) for Mali, she conducted a field study on the informal sector’s dynamics, providing actionable recommendations to support its formalization and integration into public policy frameworks. She also contributes to the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation (FCI) department, supporting efforts to expand access to finance and digital tools for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
