Harouna Djibrilla Djimba is Senior Procurement Specialist at the World Bank office in Cotonou, Benin since 2019. He previously served as World Bank procurement expert at the Niamey office in Niger. Previously, he worked at the Belgian Technical Cooperation Agency (CTB) and for the Government of Niger in various capacities related to engineering and procurement expertise for several project implementation units financed by the World Bank and the African Development Bank (AfDB) in Niger. He has over 20 years of experience in public procurement support, consulting, training, and assistance.
