Harsh Vardhan Sahni is a consultant with the World Bank Group’s Human Capital Project and Health, Nutrition and Population Global Practice. His work focuses on health systems, gender equality, human capital, and development effectiveness. At the World Bank Group, he supports results measurement, portfolio monitoring, knowledge exchange, and strategic initiatives across global and country programs. He has contributed to the World Bank Group Gender Strategy, global poverty and equity programs, corporate scorecard and target, and human capital outcomes. Prior to joining the World Bank, Harsh worked across research, policy, and program implementation, supporting governments, civil society organizations, and multilateral institutions to design, deliver, and sustainably scale evidence-based development programs. He holds a Mid-Career Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School, an MSc from the University of Oxford, and an MA the University of Delhi.
