Jaqueline is a Cybersecurity Consultant at the World Bank, working on assignments in Mozambique and the Indian Ocean Islands. She has 15+ years leading and advising on digital transformation and cybersecurity capacity-building initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa and LAC. Jaqueline holds an Executive Master’s in Cybersecurity from Brown University.
