Kristina Miggiani is a Counsel in the World Bank’s Legal Advisory & Knowledge Unit (LEGLA), where she provides legal and policy advice on issues spanning data protection, AI governance, anti-corruption, and financial integrity. She previously worked at the IMF, Council of Europe, EU, IFC, OECD, and in the private sector. Kristina holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and LL.D. and LL.B. degrees from the University of Malta.
