Lauren Marston is a Senior Education Specialist at the World Bank based in Georgetown, Guyana. She supports governments across the Caribbean in advancing education reforms that strengthen learning, skills development, and opportunities for future generations. Since joining the World Bank as a Young Professional, Lauren has worked on education projects and analytical initiatives across Africa and the Caribbean, with particular experience in girls’ education, human capital development, and education system transformation. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, she holds degrees from Tufts University, the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and the University of Cambridge.
