Lucía Rios Bellagamba is a Communications and Knowledge Management Consultant with the World Bank’s Development Economics Research Group, where she works with the Center for Research on Women and Jobs (CRWJ) on strategic communications and knowledge dissemination. Previously, she worked with the Social Sector at the Inter-American Development Bank. She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a degree in Communications from Universidad Austral (Argentina).
