Anselme is a trained Statistical Engineer and Economist and a Ph.D. candidate in Economics. He is currently a Short-Term Consultant (STC) within the Education and Skills Team of the World Bank based in Abidjan. In this role, Anselme provides technical support to the team in monitoring ongoing projects (Youth Employment and Skills Development Project – Phase 3 (PEJEDEC 3), and the Basic Education System Strengthening Project (PRSEB)) and assists in preparing the new Skills, Innovation and Resilience Aspiration (SIRA) project in the TVET sector. He has also contributed (supervision, data analysis, report writing) to several studies, namely: (i) Impact evaluation of the adaptive learning project in Côte d’Ivoire, (ii) Study on the use of new technologies by young people in Côte d’Ivoire, (iii) Study on the use of new technologies by educational staff in Côte d’Ivoire, (iv) Impact evaluation of a digital skills training program for young entrepreneurs in Côte d’Ivoire.
