Rim is a Gender and Digital Inclusion Consultant at the World Bank’s Digital and AI Unit, where she focuses on digital literacy and entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Rim worked across East and West Africa with organizations including IDEO.org, the European Commission, GIZ, UN World Food Programme, and a venture studio. She is a Mercator Fellow for International Affairs, through which she explored entrepreneurship and innovation approaches in low- and middle-income countries. She is also the co-founder of Kusuka, a social enterprise that empowers women artisans across East and West Africa.
Rim holds a double master's degree in international development from Sciences Po Paris and in Economics and Management from Bocconi University. She is a certified Design Thinking facilitator with extensive expertise in human-centered design and methodologies.
