Sara Lucia Soto works with the World Bank Group’s Human Capital Project in the People Vice Presidency, where she supports global stakeholder engagement, strategic convenings, and collaboration with government counterparts and internal teams to advance human capital outcomes. Her work spans engagement strategy, leadership communications, and program delivery, translating complex, multi-stakeholder priorities into coordinated action. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago with a focus on International Policy and Gender and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Miami.
