Ubah Thomas Ubah serves as a Senior Social Protection Specialist based in the World Bank’s Nigeria Country Office, where he leads World Bank lending and analytical operations that help countries design and implement programs and policies supporting the well-being of poor and vulnerable individuals and households. He also supports the rollout of similar social protection programs in both Nigeria and Liberia. He is the Senior Supervising TTL for the Women in IDPs: Nurturing Growth and Strength (WINGS) Initiative. He is an experienced digital and program management expert who has worked across sectors and industries, leveraging digital technology to improve process efficiency.
