Kerri Cox

Knowledge Management and Communications Consultant
Kerri Cox is a Knowledge Management and Communications Consultant within the World Bank’s Social, Urban, Rural and Resilience Global Practice, working primarily in the areas of disaster risk management, disaster risk finance and climate change adaptation in the Caribbean region. She has over 10 years of experience with international financial institutions, non-governmental organizations and small and medium-sized enterprises developing communications strategies, capturing and sharing knowledge, and crafting compelling stories using various media. Kerri has also managed implementation of a communications strategy for community-level disaster risk reduction interventions across four countries with the Caribbean Development Bank.
 
Kerri holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University in Washington, DC.
