Anna Diofasi Metz is a Program Officer with the World Bank Group’s Identification for Development (ID4D) Initiative. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked as a Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Development where her research focused on biometric ID technologies, global public goods, and barriers to private sector growth. She is the co-author of the book ‘Identification Revolution: Can Digital ID be Harnessed for Development?’. Diofasi Metz holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Warwick.
