Senior Infrastructure Economist, the World Bank
Darwin Marcelo is a senior infrastructure economist with the World Bank's Infrastructure, PPPs and Guarantees (IPG) Group, based in Singapore. He specializes in the development and application of tools to conduct impact evaluation of infrastructure projects, prioritization of infrastructure investments, and connectivity and logistics. He recently led the evaluation of the Master Plan for ASEAN connectivity, designed a tool to assist governments to prioritize infrastructure investments, and developed a dashboard to track World Bank, IFC and MIGA infrastructure investments by sector and region from 2011.
