Gregor is an un-crewed aircraft system consultant with multiple World Bank Global Practices, including Digital Development, Transport and Health, Nutrition, and Population. His work primarily focuses on determining the feasibility of and planning the roll-out of drone operations. Outside the World Bank, Gregor is Co-Chair of the Airspace and Safety Risk Management Working Group on the Flight Safety Foundations Autonomous and Remotely Piloted Aircraft Capabilities Advisory Committee and a graduate supervisor at his alma mater. Gregor holds a Ph.D. in Digital Economy and an MSc in Human Geography from the University of Nottingham and worked extensively in the innovation community as a member of the Major League Hacking team.
