Senior Trade Economist
Ian Gillson is a Senior Trade Economist in the World Bank Group Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice. Previously, he worked in the Africa Region of the World Bank Group as a Trade Economist (2006-2011) after joining the Bank as a Young Professional working in the Gender and Development Unit (2005). His recent policy work focuses on regional integration, food trade, trade and the environment, and trade/gender linkages.
